About Me

I’m the youngest of 9 children and I come from a family that has always taken pride in being black. Well, because of this it has had a profound effect on the way I think and look at things. My upbringing has led to the creation of this site. I’m married and have 2 wonderful children.

This Site

JohnGloverSpeaks.com was launched as a place for me to talk about issues and things that effect African Americans. I want to share articles I think will motivate others to get involved in their communities, read books and take action. I also want this site to be a place where ideas and suggestions can be exchanged by those who visit this site. I also want it to be a place where we can share helpful dialogue, and where ideas flow freely, so please feel free to comment on any of the posts – I love hearing your feedback!
